When dropping off your pup(s), please call us at 210-403-3647 when you arrive in the parking lot to let us know who you are dropping off and if they are here for daycare or boarding. Place your pup(s) inside the corral and remove their leashes and collars and take those with you and then bring back upon pick up. Step out of the corral and make sure the latch is secured. Ring the doorbell and we will open the door and allow your pup(s) inside. When picking up your pup, please call us at 210-403-3647 when you arrive in the parking lot to let us know who you are picking up. We will bring your pup(s) to the entrance and place inside the corral. Once your pup(s) are in the corral please come inside and leash and place collars on your pup(s) When leaving please make sure the gate is closed and latched. Please do not bring bedding or toys at this time. We have raised Kuranda beds that we will provide. Any food brought in needs to be in a hard-plastic container that we can wipe down. Payments will now be made over the phone as well.
